My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic with friendly staff, the rooms needed an immediate update and were not ready for over an hour past check-in time. The service was a bit inconsistent, ranging from friendly to lacking personality. Dining was a highlight, especially with the warm banana pudding, but the overall value for money was questionable.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, although it took them over an hour past the check-in time to be ready, which was a bit inconvenient. The air conditioning struggled to combat the humidity, even when set to 67 degrees. The service was a mix - some staff had no personality or people skills, while others were amazingly friendly and personable. The location of the resort was friendly and great. The dining experience was awesome, especially the warm banana pudding with meringue topping. The shabu-shabu was also a highlight.
